MASS INTENTIONS
If you would like to request a Holy Mass to be offered up for someone,
please utilize the form below to request a Mass.
Step 1. Please complete the the following information below
to submit your request for a Mass Intention Request Form.
Also, please ensure you enter your FULL NAME & ADDRESS , a contactable PHONE NUMBER,
the FULL NAME of the person and the specific intention you wish the Mass to be offered up for.
Please specify the date that you are requesting; do note that Mass Intention will be offered at least
2 weeks (4 weeks if mailing your request) in advance of the date of submission.
Once completed, submit the form.
After which, you will receive an email confirmation with an Mass Intention Reference number.

The offering for a Holy Mass Intentions is usually $10.00 per request.
Step 2. PAYMENTS
Payments may be made in the form of DEBIT/CREDIT CARDs
(by way of digital-based payments systems i.e., Zelle).
